Department of Biotechnical electronic devices and systems is training experts in the specialties “Biotechnical medical devices and systems” and “Physical and biomedical electronic”.

International Collaboration:
 
Scientists of the Department support close scientific and educational links with the leading universities and companies of the world in Canada, Great Britain, Slovakia, Germany, Russia, France.
The employees of the Department constantly participate in the scientific conferences of different levels. Not only the employees and post-graduates of the Department but the students of the 2-5 courses take part in development of scientific projects. More than 150 scientific papers were published on the basis of scientific investigations and developments of the Department, more than 150 scientific reports were published in the specialized edition of the scientific magazine “ Radio Engineering”. More than 30 certificates of authorship and 10 patents of Ukraine and Russia were granted for scientific and engineering developments.
On the Department the scientific research work within the bounds of “Development and research thin-layer electroche-miluminescence sensor of «LABONACHIP» type with diamond-like electrodes for hepatogenous pigment exposure”.
 
Professorial and Teaching Staff :
56 employees work at the Department, among them there are: 9 Doctors of Sciences, Professors; 16 Candidates (Ph.D.) of Sciences, 4 Assistant-Professors, 9 post-graduates and scientific workers.
