Educational activity:
On faculty of the Electronic technology one of main releasing is a department
"Microelectronics, electronic instrument and device" department prepares the bachelor, specialist
and master on profession: Micro and nanoelectronics (7.090 801), Electronic instruments and
systems (7.090 802)
Scientific activity:
On given moment by department are scientific work on the following
directions:
Bezelektrodnaya SVCH diagnostics электрофизических and photoelectric parameter
semiconductor material and structures Scanning microwave microscopy pripoverhnostnyh of
the features semiconductor, VTSP, isolators Electronic sensors physical parameter ambiences
and object Receivers and converters of the scenes IK and UF range Physics quantum-dimensioned
structures Puchkovo-plasm interactions
The International cooperation:
The Scientist of the pulpit has a close contacts in the field of sciences and
formation with leading university and company in country: USA, Russia, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine.
For introducing the world experience in scholastic process pulpit MEPU takes the active
participation in realization of the program "Prospect in educational and technical area", which is
financed Gosdepartamentom USA. On result of this participation Worker program of discipline "Device
integral optical-, the photo- and accustic electronics", "Technology VLSI" are updated with
enabling the sections BGA technologies, Flip Chip technologies. The Scholastic material for them
are given by american side and are approved in existing scholastic process teacher pulpits.
Professorial-teaching composition:
32 Employees work On pulpit, amongst which: 3 doctors of the sciences, 4 professors,
7 candidates of the sciences, 4 graduate students
