The fact that in practice Ukraine joined the Bologna process caused modernization of educational activities of higher school in Ukraine, which creates favourable conditions for extending weight of Ukrainian educational institutions on the world market of educational services.

The system of foreign students’ enrolment in Ukrainian higher educational institutions involves concluding an agreement with entrepreneurs about providing intermediate services of foreign students’ enrolment. The Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics concluded 22 formal agreements with entrepreneurs about providing intermediate services of foreign students’ enrolment for the 2008/ 2009 academic year.
