The KhNURE has 10 educational buildings, their total area is 51072m².

In the educational buildings one can find lecture rooms and classrooms (180), laboratories (108), computer and multimedia rooms, departments, dean’s offices, a computing centre, an educational publishing and printing centre, a TV centre, gyms, a university hall, a library, a museum, a canteen with 2 halls, a cafeteria, a café. The university also has 7 hostels, a first-aid post and a sanatorium. All rooms are equipped with modern equipment and appliances and meet objectives of training specialists and developing scientific researches. The total area of the library is 1345m². The number of seats in reading halls is 338.

The sanitary state of the buildings is satisfactory, which is confirmed by the corresponding document №3.4/ 298 of 18.07.2007 approved in due order.

Buildings referring to the Centre for students’ training in foreign languages contain modern computers, multimedia equipment, laboratory models, components of wireless networks. The Centre has 4 educational and scientific and technical centres: an educational centre of the regional network academy Cisco; an educational centre of mobile communication systems; an educational centre of new generation networks (NGN). Cooperation with the biggest mobile network operators such as UMC, Kyivstar, Astelit (Life) and Bi-line allows to solve problems arising in the academic process and during scientific researches. Laboratories are equipped with modern equipment from the leading manufacturers: telecommunication equipment for local and global networks; digital automatic exchanges SI-2000 for regional and zone networks; office automatic exchanges DCS-compact NX-series; the latest digital automatic exchanges iDCS-500 and OfficeServ; wireless networks of subscriber access having 802.11g standard.
